  • Clicked on Back or Refresh tab, as for security reasons, we have disabled Back & Refresh tab of the browser.
  • Modified URL information, as for security reasons, we have disabled copy/paste or any kind of modification of URL.
  • The session will expire automatically if, the browser window is idle for a long time.
  • It is possible that, PreTUPS eRecharge may have encountered some technical error.

     SUGGESTION
     
  • To re-login open a new browser.
  • If you were in the middle of a transaction, please check the status before reinitiating a new transaction.
  • Never use the browser's "remember password" function.
  • Do not save the eRecharge's URL on the browser's Bookmark or Favorites.
